  • The TSGN Claim was filed with the Competition Appeal Tribunal on 24 November 2021.
  • The Collective Proceedings Order Hearing took place on 22 March 2023.
  • The claim was certified on 24 March 2023 and Justin Gutmann was approved as class representative.
  • A first trial will commence on 17 June 2024.
  • A second trial will commence on 23 June 2025.
